To give you peace of mind, we offer a 5-year limited warranty on all our restorations. This warranty covers any lab errors, defects in workmanship, and material failures. If you experience any issues covered under this warranty, we will gladly address them to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note a 50% charge will apply if the following occur:

  • Preparation is altered in any way.
  • Original crown is NOT returned with the case
  • Changes in patient preference
  • Restoration is cemented and needs to be refabricated due to open contacts, margin, or shade change 

If the material has been changed, there may be a fee if the replacement product is of higher cost.
